Positioning

I understand the institution, the user, public policy, and technology at the same time.

Most digital projects fail not because of the technology itself, but because public needs, real-world processes, and technical solutions are poorly translated into one another. This is where I provide the greatest value.

Practitioner’s Perspective Hands-on experience across education, government, consulting, and implementation.
Analytical Rigor Structured documentation, clear indicators, and evidence-based recommendations.
Cross-Domain Translation I translate public policy into operational requirements and decisions.
Implementation Focus I do not stop at strategy; I define the steps, responsibilities, and success criteria.
Approach

A Simple Process for Complex Challenges

The engagement is structured to accelerate decision-making and provide deliverables that management, technical, and operational teams can use immediately.

Step 01

Define the Challenge

Objectives, users, constraints, institutional context, and expected outcomes.

Step 02

Analysis and Diagnosis

Documents, processes, data, existing systems, risks, and dependencies.

Step 03

Solution Design

Options, architecture, requirements, indicators, and an implementation plan.

Step 04

Validation and Handover

Stakeholder review, refinements, and handover of practical working tools.

Engagement Models

Flexibility Without Ambiguity

Engagements may be project-based, deliverable-based, or ongoing, depending on the project’s complexity and the team’s needs.

Initial Consultation

Does your digital project need clarity before it becomes expensive?

Send me a brief description of the context, objective, and current stage. I will respond with a proposed approach and the most suitable engagement model.
